At Econik Wellness Industries, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns only if the product arrives damaged or defective.

Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the order.

To initiate a return request, please contact us with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • A brief description of the issue

Products must be returned in their original packaging where possible.

Refunds

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, we will process the refund or replacement accordingly.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products that are not damaged or defective

  • Products that have been used or altered

  • Requests made after 7 days of delivery
